What you posted is very significant in my opinion. It sounds like they have designed aspects that are workable and must be kept SECRET for obvious reasons.

Agree. This company's approach reads to me as very similar to the Texatron (pulsed reactor with rotating magnetic field and compact design), so I think they definitely need to keep trade secretes under wraps. https://www.nt-tao.com/ There maybe others, as well as foreign competition.
