So, I have been a hiring manager, and I have read a lot of LinkedIn profiles and resumes. His LinkedIn reads like he is a job-hopper.
I am suspicious of job seekers who don't show that they were promoted within any of the companies where they've worked. Upon probing further with interviewees, it became apparent that many of them felt they weren't being recognized, "fast enough" (read that as ego), or they had conflicts with co-workers (not their fault) that made it easier to change jobs.
I wouldn't be putting too much faith in the abilities of a candidate with this history. I mean, the majority of those jobs didn't last a year and many are under 6 months.
P.S. the OMH Media Group presentation on LinkedIn looks professional and well put-together, so strange disconnect between the personal and the longest association he has.
