New CEO has only been here for 6 months, it deserves a chance. Secondly, he can't simply sell any shares he issued to himself. They would be restricted for several reasons. Like being an insider. Hence there's nothing you've said that makes it dilutive. There are companies with 4 billion O/S and no assets trading much higher. Your claims seem hyperbolic, IMO
