Buylow2, you know better than that. Obviously the money is coming from somewhere because the lawsuit has been filed, and lawyers for the plaintiff have been named.That takes money. Perhaps they are working on consignment. I do not have that information. The law firm knows that we are currently not trading and have little cash, so having looked at the facts, they must feel it's worth pursuing and that they will get paid after a successful outcome. I doubt that any law firm would take such a case on a contingency basis if it did not look promising to them.
