Very well could be but still see more than meets the eye happening behind closed doors. This is being pushed most likely to gain enough attention which will do what? ...bring in far more volume but mind you they probably have the news but want to wait until a certain stock price to let this spring loose. No doubt they have been working on Institutional investments, just keep watching. OTC stocks like this normally would operate by computer algorithm, the market makers are creating the move which means up-listing talks and other discussions/needs are processing forward. The stability with share price will be created by investment by Institutions.
