Motion w/o Oral Argument. The judge can decide the case RNWF vs Costello on Thursday

Costello's been removed from the court case on the 2 reneged assets that predate American Fusion taking over ok Thrawn! 
All we're waiting on now is the court receiver serving Costello notice in prison and then those shares get officially canceled by the transfer agent!
