Here is the big problem with this company. They have to accept their brand. Everyone seems to naturally look at them as the companion (being nice,) robot company and they are being interviewed at the same time by PBS. Embrace who you are. Nobody cares that they have robots in a Verizon store. Cool novelty but not a big business. For Verison, you can hire someone at $30 an hour now full-time for the year for half the price of the robot.
BTW, phenomenal tech. One other thing I want to add is that the CEO has a huge ego. Yes, he was the founder of a crypto company that essentially was rewarded because of the bubble in crypto but the company was not successful. Michael Saylor he's not
