Great post Catpole! This is a frivolous ploy by Costello. My attorney friends just told me this will get tossed out quickly, as Costello has no standing. You think Hawkins would have merged with RNWF, completely oblivious to any last ditch maneuvers by Costello?
Justin Costello was the sole Governor of Manufacturing 360, which means Costello had legal authority to govern the entity, and Richard Hawkins was the authorized person and Registered Agent for Costello's Manufacturing 360... Could it be that Justin Costello's name was taken off without him authorizing it? Or even knowing about it? I think that is highly probable.
