He has rights as he is a shareholder and his conviction had nothing to do with RNWF. Likely he will fire Hawkins and file a injuction on any and all corporate actions including a merger of any type. He has the votes to do that not sure why people do not get this. His response professional and detailed on his position. I hate to say it but he will likely prevail unless they can prove there claims which looks unlikely.
