Yep, that's what some people don't understand. A stock doesn't move bc of news, it moves bc people slap the ASK. You can do it bc of news or you can do it for no reason at all. Doesn't change the outcome one bit.
$CNBX is extremely under valued at these prices and that is all that matters.
