Corruption elsewhere is no excuse for cutting corners. If AABB wants to be a "world-class" miner, they need to lead with labor standards, not just gold numbers. Their recent "Strategic Reset" of the plant team needs to include more than just efficiency; it needs to include worker welfare. A company that respects its workers is a company that stays out of legal trouble and keeps production running.
