They just merged with Hulu live who has NBC. I'm waiting for the first couple of filings to see if maybe this was a strategic move to just save money. I mean why have a contract with NBC if Hulu live has one already? At these prices it's worth holding on for answers.
In regard to the mudrick notes, regardless of whether they convert or not I really don't see it as a big deal. People are assuming they are the ones shorting the stock but there is absolutely no proof that's happening. In addition if they hold the notes that means they have confidence in the future of the company.
