IF the entities in Costa Rica are actually looking to upgrade
their infrastructure? They will likely be soliciting ideas
from 'suitors' hoping to get a piece of the action.
So its possible that whats going on is nothing more than
these guys floating PR that they are hoping to get a piece of
the action.
IE, maybe LARRY down the road really does want a barn and has
put out the word for those looking to get his $s to present him with
some ideas. Eventually Larry will select one. But until Larry does (aka
the entities with the power in Costa Rica to select/decide who gets the
$s), those submitting can only wait to see if they eventually do get a piece
of the $ pie.
And until that happens? There is really nothing to report or another way
of putting it? There is NO REASON for the entities in Costa Rica to
provide any updates on who has submitted, et al. Cause it would likely
be a 'competitive' bid.
So who knows, maybe this submission PR is 'real'. But as a side note,
its really as well, NOT a reason to expect the share price to jump/run up either
Cause unless that submission is accepted and a contract awarded? There is no
money flowing into the company is there.
