Key takeaway. DPLS installed it's magic sensors in the Honcut Bridge in California several years ago. Dennis never even had electric hooked up to test it. Soon thereafter Dennis pivoted away from infrastructure, with no explanation, and tried to sell everyone on Dr Kennedy's brain chips. You don't have to be a detective to figure out that this company is a share selling scam and has no viable, income generating products.

You can't make this stuff up.
