So, if you're really him and have the time to post here on iHub, can you please explain the plans for the stock? I see the previous owners of Reachout were given preferred stock in this company when you merged it in that converts into what is described as 87.5% of the "fully diluted" common stock, Trillium partners were given 10%, and Everett Dickson 2.5%. I understand why, as you guys owned 100% of Reachout when it was private, and you're not going to just hand over any significant percentage of ownership to the holders of the legacy common stock of this shell for nothing, so this question isn't about maintaining the ownership stakes by you or your private investors. It's about how you get there, as the only way that I see it happening is a large RS of the existing common stock followed by the conversion of the preferred stock. Can you explain what your plans are so these guys don't buy a pig in a poke?

Rick thanks so much for taking the time and engaging those of us that are investors on these boards. I've listened to your BFC (which I appreciate your honesty and candor). I'm opening door #2 which you alluded to in a previous response today. It's much more positive way to go. Many of us hold 7 and 8 figure positions in FRQN and are in this for the long term. I've been following Reachout for the past few years, seen you on Newsmax and believe in your MSP model and target group to expand with regards to cyber security. You've even said it on BFC, you live and you learn. The share structure, etc. is convoluted and can make your head spin. Again for me, the fact that Reachout is a viable company, and always looking to expand but perhaps being more careful at acquisitions is at the crux of everything. I wish you all the best in 2026 because your success will ultimately to our success as investors. Also big kudos to 'AK' on your team. I've traded a few emails with her when you were YCRM over the last few years. She's always positive and represents your team well! I get it.... Down here it's a rough game and you're right a r/s of say 1 for 10000 doesn't change any valuation of the stock but helps the stigma getting out of trips. The problem is with a relentless toxic seller the new pps opens at $1.00 but will be be back under a penny in no time at all......Those of us here who have been playing this game for awhile have seen it over and over but I also realize that we must accept the risk that comes with the sometimes fantastic rewards that happen down here in the sewers.

Just look at those sells at .0001 right on cue.....shit
