I believe a lot of what is said, in this stock and others, concerning claims of fraud or scam, is because of ignorance.
Ignorance about the inner workings of trading, Ignorance of how to interpret what they read in the filings, etc.
Or in some cases, a way to shift the blame away from themselves for a bad investment or bad timing of a trade.

First of all thank you for the reply. I appreciate it. Taking you at your word my biggest question would then be how are you going to get out of this mess of .0001/.0002 when the lenders can now receive shares at .00005 and sell at .0001 for a quick double while taking basically nothing off the principle of notes? What would motivate them to stop the carousal of easy money ? It looks to me like the only way out is a reverse split which will crush the buyers that believed in you at .01?
