This to me was a very stupid decision. By reinstating those removed would have kept them in position to do their jobs for however long they lasted AND kept out any shitstain flunkies he may put in. She should not be making speculative decisions on what may happen while allowing him to keep destroying the admin. Was she possibly a maga judge?
