No way Rick can be that dumb, naive or gullible......Did he really put over a million of his own cash in this or was he just given preferred shares valued at that for doing his part in promoting this dirty shell for the "puppet masters" to wring every last cent out of it?......there are cleaner shells that could have been bought for far less cash so you can guess which scenario I believe is true....
