Of course you would. This PR did what it was intended to do. Pump the price. Please tell me more about this spin off company and the actual value it has,. Revenues and profit or loss. Tell me these shares will be tradeable not restricted as well. I have traded the OTC for over 30 years and my account has tons of these worthless OTC spin-offs in it that never became tradeable. Sorry not buying this story. A worthless OTC company already spinning something off? LOL Give me a break. LOL And why are the outstanding shares still 915 million on the OTC market site?. It's not that hard to get that corrected as well. Expect a PR on Friday and Monday talking about the spin-off to get more people to buy. LOL
