Nothing but a pump and dump PR. Interesting the PR gave now value to the spin off if they even have revenues and profits and if the shares are tradeable or restricted. I bet they are restricted and will be worthless down the road. BCDS is nothing and the spin-off is nothing as well. Common OTC ploy. And of course it worked to pump the price getting people to buy so they can hold worthless spin-off shares. LOL After January 5th people will be dumping.
