Thank you....and fair points. As mentioned, I am intrigued enough to have established a position despite my misgivings about a possible future R/S. It's all a gamble with these types of shell plays, but one must play the game if they hope to hit on a couple hot runners, and this one checks several boxes. Definitely some potential future positive catalysts if things break right. Time will tell. Hopefully, it won't be a pain in the ANAS.
