I don't think you've spent enough time researching this. Whatever outlandish Mars theories Dr Brandenburg has, it doesn't diminish his career and his involvement with lawrence livermore and NASA and all his publications and inventions (i.e. MET rocket thruster).
Darpa has been acting up w interest for the work Dr Brandenburg has been involved in which aligns w his GEM theory. Which is why there's a push for this clean merger. Brandenburg has also done several closed door, private conferences w the NASA, APEC, APS, SSI, CERN. Behind closed doors, SOMEBODY at DARPA must have realized that the private lab data showcased by Dr Brandenburg is legit... why else the MARRS solicitation on Dec 17 regarding diodes? This diodes business is exactly what Brandenburg discusses in his 2024 research paper on solid state fusion diodes.

The reason why Kepler isn't going to Morgan Stanley is because these banks need rigorous, 100% guarantee that something works. That basically means it's data after data tested after test after test. And published in fancy "official" journals.
if you're working on something that is on the frontier of new physics achievement, you're not exactly waiting around for rigorous cross examinations to verify everything. Especially when there's national interests for this tech. Fusion in itself is a new frontier, its hard to have loads of validated data lying around. If we had that, we would've already had an established nuclear fusion industry by now.
additionally, there's the whole toxic shareholder voting power and IP rights that Dr Brandenburg doesn't want to give up to some IB. Nobody working on a new frontier wants to be at the whim of a whip that demands profits or turnaround at some randomly appointed timeline.
Investments are based off putting pieces together. If the answer sheet wss in front of you, its either too late or everyone knows. Look at the cookie crumbs, put them together. Look at Dr Brandenburg's CV. his works. His team. His involvement. The type of work he does and how it relates to MARRS, etc.
