Thanks for the insight. I agree, definitely need to see interest rates drop for many and especially home buyers but it will be slower progress than we want.
The CLWD run was one of the best financial things that has ever happened to me. Thankful for all your guidance through that. I have done very well with several ETF's the past 3 years gaining over 1300%. Super volatile markets but very fortunate and thankful. My last day 1/17/26-----47.5years
