Those are not opinions, they are the facts.

However i really do not care. Just get rid of it now,you can sell it at market by a phone call to your broker, most will do it.. I know my does.If they don't get a new broker.

Even if you do not need the tax loss now you can carry it over.

However i am wlling to bet you will hold forever until they dissolve the company I believe you still think they are really trying! They are not..
