This is a complete lie and shows this individuals motive. Even when nothing is going up, he goes out of his way to quote "experts familiar with such cases."

If the plaintiffs dropped the case it would have been properly articulated, but the judge was clear that the plaintiffs failed after 3 attempts. This is clear manipulation and should be handled accordingly by the party that be, but it wont.
