$$IQST$ Sir, allow me to hone in on one point, please. 2027 is a broad spectrum. In saying, "$1 billion revenue run rate by 2027," does that refer to January, December or some point in between?
In all practicality, "by" being an ambiguous preposition, it is most commonly taken in a case like this to infer January, grammatically speaking. So, can we take January as the projection, being that "by" could be vaguely implied?
