It's not the government's job to reduce population but rather to do what IS in its control.......Cutting per-capita fossil fuel use through technology, pricing, and regulation has far more leverage this century than trying to influence global headcount, which changes slowly and is concentrated in low-emitting populations. How many times do you need to read that before it sinks in?
