That was the fraudsters that I helped to bust that made those ridiculous claims. Not the SEC... The SEC used a lot of the DD that I posted on that board to help them build a case and file a complaint against them. The real criminals lost that SEC fraud suit and were ordered by the court to pay over 11 million in disgorgement and penalties.
