You're right articles, more than that one, say conspiracists are saying bad weather is caused by cloud seeding without giving specific
examples of it, and examples are not easy to find, not for me results anyway. This of 3 years ago linked to chemtrail conspiracists ..

This one - Australia floods: Unfounded cloud seeding claims spread online
7 July 2022
[...]
But there is no evidence to suggest cloud seeding has anything to do with the current rainfall in Sydney. That hasn't stopped some TikTok users from denouncing "weather engineering".

TikTok videos like this one have been watched thousands of times

They say it's all part of a government plan to "weaponise" the weather against its own people - a popular conspiracy trope .. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/blogs-trending-42195511 .. that has been around for years.

"The idea that this is happening on a widespread scale, and that there is some motive to manipulate the weather is a complete myth," says Dr Ella Gilbert, a climate scientist at the British Antarctic Survey.

And yet, this myth seems to have found an audience on various social media platforms.

If people knew more about geoengineering, they might not believe Marjorie Taylor Greene’s latest unhinged theory
Thu 10 Oct 2024 21.11 AEDT
Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has earned the dubious honour of being one of the most unhinged US politicians in recent memory, has an important message for the American people: they control the weather. Last week, in the wake of the devastation from Hurricane Helene, the far-right representative from Georgia tweeted the following: “Yes they can control the weather. It’s ridiculous for anyone to lie and say it can’t be done.”

Who is they? Good question. Greene might have meant the non-binary deep state that secretly controls the world. Or, considering she has previously insinuated that California wildfires were started by energy companies, in conjunction with the Rothschilds, using a space laser, in order to facilitate high-speed rail projects, she might have meant Jewish people. She certainly won’t elaborate. She’s been asked to clarify her antisemitic “Jewish space lasers” comment plenty of times and likes to tell reporters to “fuck off”.

Here's a specific -- CEO responds to conspiracy theorists blaming him for Texas floods
CNN's Kaitlan Collins interviews Augustus Doricko, CEO and founder of a cloud seeding company called Rainmaker, after he says he was targeted by conspiracy theorists online in the aftermath of the devastating floods in central Texas.

The articles are saying conspiracists are blaming bad weather on government manipulation of weather, and that that is not true.

I guess we just don't read the social media on which the conspiracists are making their false claims.
