I don't see a "finished" working fusion reactor there, or anywhere else. It looks to me there are only incomplete demonstration models that can't actually function and certainly cannot produce electricity.
Also... Robert Hymers an notoriously greedy toxic lender is involved with this, and the stink of Justin Costello, a convicted fraudster is here as well.
