Don't see anything yet at the Georgia Corporations, OTCMarket or at the SEC websites however being on the expert market I have seen some corporations (basically scams) to not hear anything from anyone until after the attorneys sort stuff out on monies and dates about how the process will happen as to investors. I just don't feel that HDC will continual in 2026 period. With what we have seen so far there would be very little reason to keep Alan on board into 2026 and I'm sure he would probably agree too. Do note there is still no reason to notify investors that we are done we are within expert market rules.
