They may try to, but usually people learn a lesson, and there's less money that will be buying the shares the second time around and they won't be able to keep up the price to sell enough to make it worthwhile. Unless you're like me and it takes you 6 times of going thru r/s with different companies to learn a lesson.
Yea, he mentions attracting “institutional investors”. maybe he doesn’t know they usually don’t look at anything under $5. And how will this “protect shareholders” from more dilution,, lol. What a crock!
