The new shares issued don’t really matter, 250 million are going to Kepler owners, ceo, key people as stated in the terms of the merge.

They aren’t going to get those shares and dump them, that would be idiotic for them to split a combined $2.5 million the day they get their shares. And normally there is at minimum a 6 month vesting period so these shares don’t do anything to effective float.

And update on the canceling shares would be nice, we all know with the canceled shares and new issues this still nets out 1.3 billion less shares once all transactions are completed
