I just did some rough calculations... I didn't realize before that ELRI was already trading! They're at .03 per share, but recently ran to .08.

INNX is at .30. Giving out 7 ELRI shares for every 1 INNX. 7 times .03 = .21 dividend value.

So the dividend is worth around 70%! and you get to keep the INNX. And ELRI might even be free trading immediately, I don't think it will be restricted.

If ELRI just goes up from .03 to .04 after we receive... we won't even need our INNX shares at ALL, we'll be even.
