Hi Trend-Setter, We agree Dexcel/Elite seems like a good fit. As you note, Dexcel has enough capital to make a serious offer. Another possible scenario is a merger if Dexcel wants to go public. The fact that Dexcel and Elite are already partners in Israel improves the chances of it actually happening.
