Best bet and quickest one I see Delfin gobbling up is the 2.0 with Gunvor. They already have a SPA with them for 0.5-1.0, they would just have to amend their contract with Delfin and that could be done in a few weeks. Will be interesting to see upcoming news on all of this.

They might just transfer the project to another developer, so who knows if that business is now up for grabs?
