Explain how it's a scam or how the company is benefiting from this scam when there's been no dilution ever since they came back in 2023 from being delisted. Management owns 40% of the float and they've been as prudent as possible with issuing shares, not to mention they've erred on the side of saying little to nothing instead of pumping random thoughts and ideas. They told us they were going to shut up until there was real progress to update, then you'd hear from them. And guess what? That's precisely what they're doing now. To call this a scam when the company isn't even selling a single share on the open market makes zero sense and you're clearly just saying it with no iota of rationale.
