OI & PPIH
OI
I know there in glass, but OI business is not necessarily glass they feed into the packaging industry, so I tend to think them as a packaging play on products more than they make glass or a glass play. I think OI was over brought in the short-term and is due for a pullback. I believe FV over the next year is definetly at least high teens if not low 20's if they continue to execute. Having said that I also thought yesterday was possibly a short-term top in the stock, maybe I'm wrong, my timing has been far from great this year. Having said That I expect to buyback possibly 10-15% lower than where I sold. Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong. Having said that what is true is the stock isn't as attractive in the mid 15's as it was in the mid 11's when I found it. I had almost a 35% profit which I took yesterday. So it treated me well, would love to buy it back, and yes I do think OI still has great long-term potential, I just think the short-term might be a bit down currently.
PPIH
I'm not in love with much in the energy sector so for me, I would probably avoid this kind of stock if energy prices go down demand will eventually have to drop. when I couldn't tell you, but having big exposure to energy right now is my idea of a bad one, because I think Oil will have a $4 in it at sometime next year. Maybe I'm wrong, but If you have that take you can't be bullish on the sector. Hence I will pass on anything in the energy sector, even if it is a nice house PPIH, I don't want to be in that bad neighborhood if you get what I'm trying to say. Also keep in mind backlog although up y/y was down sequentially, so there is that, and it is not like the sector normally gets high PE in my opinion either. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
