Lol, right!  I would say they are about to add to their debt to be honest.  Its the first time in as long as i can remember theyve stopped their daily update of s/s on otcmarkets.  So I would think their planning on making a push to run this up and sell their remaining A/S or 13.5 billion shares.  They'll have to pay off their existing old debt, imo
