They probably need to put out a press release about that so that it hits all the trading platforms.
With over $1.1 million in net profits for the fiscal year, along with a share change which at some point will drop the OS to about 4.3 billion shares, just the current fundamentals alone, post share drop, would make the current share price seem well undervalued.
I see the 8-K on OTCMarkets.com. Waiting to see the number of Outstanding Shares change since the company said the shares have been surrendered and cancelled.
