What the hell are you responding to? Who said anything about new stock and starting over? Doc is a babbling moron and I muted him years ago, but I looked at the link you replied to and he said nothing about any new stock. I looked on the vcsy website and see nothing new. I'm going to call my broker and see if there's something they can do to get rid of this trash stock.
