Try this.....
Just trying to be hopeful... i would like to think that one puts the good of the many over the neglect of one. But many have fallen to that.
Between ego and neglect, I will choose ego person to work with, at least something can be done motivated by the egoism rather than doing nothing.

Agreed. I guess I am a born skeptic. It has helped me stay out of bad situations, but tbh, it has also prevented me from jumping into good things as well. It is a +/- relationship. 😀. I take risks, for sure, but I try to be as calculated as possible.
