#22138 RE: oldstocks #22136

If we go back to a post I put up in May a bit after the Colorado Secretary of State document showed the process in which MTi stated that Affluence needed to be clean of all Legacy Debt it also stated that when AFFU upped its AS to 25 billion it also added 100 million in Series A shares that when converted would give MTi 51% control

The most interesting part of that document was the mention of the Series A shares that were issued to OneMind in 2019 along with Series A shares to outside investors to finance that deal. MTi clearly stated that if any of the holders of the OneMind Series A shares sold those shares then they would terminate the deal with Affluence.

All of that leads up to where we are now.  It's also why OneMind was absorbed into MTi Those Series A shares belong to MTi now if you look you will see those Series A shares are still on the Affluence books. So once the Acquisition of MTi is completed OneMinds tech will be 💯 owned by MTi. This will eliminate OneMind as a partner/subsidiary but instead their Tech will be a part of all the Tech MTi already posses
In short MTi brought  OneMind into its company because the deal for MTi to take control of Affluence will be announced in 2026 not 2027

A more decisive opinion still somewhat questionable.

What ia360 appears to be MTi (Mingothings International) job ads for a Data & AI Engineer in Barcelona describe work “in the development of the IA360 platform,” alongside tasks like designing data architectures, integrating IoT data sources, and deploying AI/analytics solutions.

In Spanish tech news, “IA360” is used as the name of AI-focused programs and platforms that aggregate services like data connectors, process automation, and conversational agents, often linking legacy systems, ERPs, IoT sensors, and robotic actuators.

Likely role for MTiGiven MTi’s core business (IoT, smart-city and industrial connectivity) and the wording of the job descriptions, IA360 is best understood as MTi’s data/AI integration layer: a platform that ingests telemetry from sensors and devices, connects it to back-office systems, and exposes analytics or AI services for clients.

In practice, MTi would use ia360 to:connect field IoT devices and gateways into a unified data model; run analytics or predictive models on that data (performance, maintenance, usage); integrate results back into customer applications, dashboards, or automation. So, while branding and documentation are sparse, ia360 is not just “Spanish-only software”; it is effectively MTi’s own AI+data platform sitting on top of its IoT deployments, used to make collected device data actionable for customers.

Yes, IA360 (or platforms in that role) could be used behind mobile, cloud, or even drone applications, but as a backend rather than something that lives only on the device.

Cloud and mobile useMTi already works with fully cloud-based platforms (for example, thethings.iO plus MTi-designed edge gateways) to ingest field data and expose APIs and dashboards.

An IA360-type data/AI layer can sit in the cloud and provide REST/GraphQL APIs or MQTT endpoints that mobile apps call for device status, analytics, configuration, alerts, etc., so mobile is a natural front end.

Drone and edge scenariosArchitectures for autonomous drones commonly pair IoT sensors + edge AI on the drone with a cloud IoT/AI backend for mission planning, fleet monitoring, data aggregation, and model updates. MTi could use IA360 as that backend: drones or other field devices push telemetry to the cloud; IA360 aggregates, analyzes, and returns commands or mission parameters, with mobile or web apps giving humans oversight.

So while there is no public brochure that says “IA360 for drones,” its likely design as a cloud-based IoT/AI integration platform makes it technically suitable for mobile, web, and drone-connected use cases.

About a week ago I posted a LinkedIn article on MTi timeline about MTi was joining a nameless Consortium.... Affluence Corporation (AFFU): Posting ICYMI, MTi logged this a week ag... https://share.google/N2rV4DIAxKOcqik5v

In this AI read out you posted they speak of IA360 as a backbone for different vertical markets. That would be in keeping with this nameless Consortium's goals and frankly that's probably why this sounds like mumbo jumbo. It's because MTI will be working in the background of whatever this platform evolves as. So it's intentionally kept on low profile.

MTi was very coye about introducing this Consortium. About the only thing we really know is that the Consortium is being funded by Retech Labs. (Spanish company). The strongest likelihood for this Consortium's intended functionality in an MTi chronological sense would be the European Union defense contracts mentioned in the news some months ago now.

Another clue, this might be the reason that MTI needed to clandestinely dovetail 1MindNG into MTI as a unit. Being a supplemental Defense Contractor, Francesc might have needed to keep a tighter rein on 1MindNG in a military environment to appear more in control of his Department. It might also explain why 1mindNG became "OMT" acronym for it's new name: One Mind Technologies which was again* never explained but is highly suggestive of a broader base contractor.

You have to admit OS , for a Consortium to just pop out of the closet like this is unusually quick. I hunch this Consortium has been in a construction phase for quite some time, truth be told. If you recall several months ago Francesc was bubbly* almost (but not quite) JUBILANT you might say about this European Union Defense work. But he was obviously muzzled about speaking on it to the Media. So chronologically speaking this Consortium's evolvement could date right back to that very promising PR some months ago. The above timeline is quite atypical of a methodical military procurement First Tranche .🤔🫣
