FOXO gets nothing. Remember FOXO CEO Mark Brian White saying his other company Kr8 would create a Longevity App (VITHAR) and lauch with endorsements of A-list celebrities of fitness & wellness sphere ?
Foxo paid millions in cash/shares to Kr8, and they never launched the VITHAR app.
