Full ack, and even more interesting, after Q4 earnings containing COOP earnings :-)

Looks like $19-20 is the new floor/range, for RKT, atleast for now. Will be interesting to see what happens to the price, post FOMC Rate Cut announcement......

The expected rate cut could take it to $21 plus until earnings/guidance.
