Are just that, unsubstantiated! The continual baseless payment dates, noncorrelated copy and paste news articles, meaningless math equations, all just total nonsense of an eventual payout.

So why is no one making this call then?

The WMI Chapter 11 process has been closed for years without any assets for Escrows appearing.

If anybody thinks that there are WMI Legacy assets still being held somewhere by someone - why is no one pursuing them?

The bankruptcy and WMILT are closed..the FDIC is not blocking it....I know we are riding the coattails of the hedge funds....we have 3Wells Fargo accounts..so one person says he is monitoring them which are no where documented...

Yes, she said it literally.
She smelled fraud, and she knows it was an illegal robbery.
I believe it has been recorded, that you can always intervene and no one can stop you.
But it is also true that (THJMW) is the only one. But perhaps with some help from the big fish invested in WMI, there is hope.
