I believe the yield sign showed up because of the late filing, even though they filed it would be late. The same thing happened in the second qtr because they were late, (also with a late filing notice to OTC), it was removed within a week if I remember right, when OTC updated their system.
If anybody talks to the company this would be a good question to ask.
