Add AI, "LA" Hoch's experience since 1998 and input from Benjamin Lieu... Win-Win in the smart card foreseeable future, imo.

Deduct Payroll prepaid FiCentive/Akimbo cards. Collect recurring P&H click-fee revenue for USIO shareholders.
