The message I replied to said the buyout had been approved. It hasn't, so that was a lie. You said it was a "stage," but it isn't, since the company said they'd heard nothing more about it in the same announcement.
And GTCH doesn't have the money to pull that off anyway. One scam company proposing interest to buy another scam company at multiples of its PPS without having the money to do so was a pump, they'd hoped the OTC was stupid enough to buy the stock. The OTC wasn't.
