If you really think that mineral rights worth 1,000,000,000,000 are being hidden somewhere from their rightful owners maybe it would be a good idea to consult a lawyer or accountant.

Something that existed cannot simply disappear. Either it is hidden and will be returned to its rightful owner at some point, or it was stolen unlawfully.
